Raman spectroscopy allows for the inline and real-time assessment of crucial process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs) throughout the process development and manufacturing phases. By employing a chemometric approach (statistical spectral analysis methods), it becomes possible to identify, quantify, and measure the concentration of multiple key compounds in complex liquid media during upstream (USP) or downstream (DSP) processes.
